🔒 A quick safety reminder: Never share passwords, PIN numbers, Social Security numbers, or banking details — you can still tell ChatGPT plenty about your life without sharing private details.
Got a weird email or text? Let AI check it

"Explain it like I'm new to this"
My very favorite trick: if an answer feels too complicated, just ask the AI to slow down. It never minds.
Copy & paste this:"That was a little confusing. Can you explain it again, simply, like I'm brand new to this — one small step at a time?"
Dinner from whatever's in the fridge
No more "what's for dinner?" panic. Tell the AI what you have and let it do the thinking.
Copy & paste this:"Here's what's in my refrigerator: [list your food]. Give me one easy dinner I can make tonight, with simple steps."
A picture is worth a thousand questions
When something on your screen puzzles you, you don't have to describe it perfectly. Take a screenshot or photo, add it to the chat, and ask away. The AI can "see" it and help.
Try saying:"Here's a picture of my screen. What does this button do, and what should I click next?"
